The New Balance 990 v5 Grey (GS) upper is crafted from pig suede with breathable mesh in targeted areas and 360 reflective accents for added safety in low-light running conditions. The shoe maintains the clean silhouette from previous generations but adds a plastic power strap component on the sides near the ankle area. Additionally, the encap midsole support area gets a PU Ring for a sleeker design.
