Fear of God Essentials released several new colorways and updated silhouettes as a part of their June 2021 release. The Fear of God Essentials Volley Short, as well as the Knit Hoodie, was one of the pieces to receive an update. These shorts feature a Fear of God Essentials logo on the left leg and a rubberized logo patch on the crotch.

The taupe colorway of Fear of God Essentials' Volley Shorts was released on June 2nd, 2021, at the retail price of $70.
